As of Jan. 16th, final call to Fedex and spoke with a supervisor who was quite nasty, stating they had no fault, all fault lies with the business that ordered Smartpost, and with the USPS.

When I informed her I would no longer use any business that uses Fedex as a carrier, she said \"who cares, who needs you\". I now always ask who the carrier is and if it\'s Fedex, ask for other options, or shop elsewhere.

Purchased an item that was shipped via Fedex. Seller stated item would be delivered by 12/7, have still not received, spoke by phone with Fedex twice, saying Post Office is to blame.

I then spoke with local dropoff Rep, and with local driver, both stated info received by phone is false, continued check of tracking shows item in my area, however, still not delivered. Seller has refunded my money, but they would like item returned as well.

Fedex are idiots, I will never buy from anyone who uses them as the sole means of delivery. todays date 12/23
