I had a packages shipped by Fedex. Not only did they not deliver it, it ended up at some undelivered goods location in Tennesse (I live in Houston and sent the package to Atlanta).

The Fedex representative I discussed with also told me that I would have to pay to have it delivered back to me and when I complained she dropped the phone. I am still in the process of getting the package back, nearly a month after I initially shipped it.

There should be some law against this malpractice and total disregard for customers. I will never use Fedex again.
