I left delivery instructions informing them to leave my package with the front office,I had an online chat with customer service to confirm it would be left with the front office see Chat Reference Number : 07270570.I then called customer service to be sure my package would be left with the front office, I left a big sign on my door telling the delivery driver to leave the package with the front office.

However, despite all that, your driver left it at my door, our apartment complex has had several thefts of package left at doors hence the amount of effort put into having this package delivered to the office, On top f that the box was clearly crushed on one side.

Clearly they have an internal communication problem and have rogue or undisciplined drivers that are just doing whatever they feel and abusing customer packages.And i failed to mention, this was the "second" time they attempted to deliver, the yesterday i was informed that the "Business was closed" not sure what that means as this isn't a business and the apartment office was open and staffed all day, however it appears they never attempted the delivery because there was no door tag left, which i was informed by customer service is required for them to leave.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Faked an attempted delivery, Did not follow any delivery instructions, Damaged package during shipping.

Appt complex offices DO NOT accept packages for tenants...If you don't want your pkg at your door, get in your car and drive to the store...end of problem.

Yes they do, They have an entire system to accept packages and send emails to residents notifying that a package has been delivered for them. If you have any questions please call and they will explain it to you. This is standard practice for nearly every apartment complex.

If you are the driver who mishandled my package and left it to be stolen and crushed the end of the package, then you need to have a serious talk with your manager on your disposition.

Oh, so that it gets returned to sender because they have no apartment info because the office is a different address and apartment number. Real smart numbnuts.
