I left delivery instructions informing them to leave my package with the front office,I had an online chat with customer service to confirm it would be left with the front office see Chat Reference Number : 07270570. I then called customer service to be sure my package would be left with the front office, I left a big sign on my door telling the delivery driver to leave the package with the front office.
However, despite all that, your driver left it at my door, our apartment complex has had several thefts of package left at doors hence the amount of effort put into having this package delivered to the office, On top f that the box was clearly crushed on one side.
Clearly they have an internal communication problem and have rogue or undisciplined drivers that are just doing whatever they feel and abusing customer packages. And i failed to mention, this was the "second" time they attempted to deliver, the yesterday i was informed that the "Business was closed" not sure what that means as this isn't a business and the apartment office was open and staffed all day, however it appears they never attempted the delivery because there was no door tag left, which i was informed by customer service is required for them to leave.
