I ordered a gift for my 93 year old mom last Thursday, March 23, 2017. shipped it on Saturday, March 25, 2017.

It was acknowledged to be at destination on Saturday March 25, 2017 not Tuesday, March 28, 2017. I call my local Fedex freight office here in Birmingham, Al. to confirm shipment arrival. I was told it would be delivered sometime today, March 28, 2017.

I requested a fifteen minute advance call so I could be at the location to sign for it. This didn't happen. When I called the freight office again to see where the shipment was, they said it was delivered at 1:30pm to the front porch. This is NOT what I instructed to happen.

The box is much to heavy for me to handle by myself. That's why I wanted a called prior to the actual delivery.

I will NEVER allow FEDEX to deliver any more of my orders, EVER! James Leatherwood
