received an email from fedex stating the driver attempted to make my delivery and NO ONE WAS HOME at 11:20 AM. That was an outright lie on the drivers part.

We knew the pkg was coming this morning so 3 of us waited. My home office is immediately nest to my front door and I have dogs that let us know anytime someone is on property. When fedex asked the driver about it he stated he was here and left a door tag on the front door, therefore fedex would do nothing about the late delivery except try again tomorrow. Since the pkg was ordered in such a way to be here in time for tonights party and the driver was simply too lazy to drive this far out, we are the ones that get screwed.

My opinion, you want on time delivery use UPS, I have NEVER had a problem with UPS delivering pkgs when they are supposed to. Nice to know some Fedex drivers with LIE TO OUR FACES to protect their butts!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: the truth and an apology.

I didn't like: Lies to the consumer.
