Once again we are tracking a package for delivery since we have had a rash of doorstep thefts. Go the website notice that it was OUT FOR DELIVERY.

Watched the status change to PENDING. Now it also says "No scheduled delivery date available at this time." instead of today's date. Since it's 5:30 on a Saturday, we called. Got some guy who in broken English, told us "maybe up to 8:00 P.M." He Couldn't explain the change of messages on the website and how they will impact us.

We need to get out of the house and do some shopping and we are being held prisoner by Fedex Why bother having a system if you can't manage it correctly? Weather is sunny and fine in CA.
