FedEx contact me telephonically to be present to sign for a package I was expecting coming from New Zealand the next day. I rearranged numerous appointments and work to be present.

The next day the online tracking indicated it had arrived and was signed for-- but not by me. Upon contacting FedEx, an employee indicated that the package was not for me.When trying to verify that they did not mistakenly deliver it to someone else- the employee insisted it was not her fault.

After requesting to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold and then disconnected. How Rude!
