FedEx contact me telephonically to be present to sign for a package I was expecting coming from New Zealand the next day.I rearranged numerous appointments and work to be present.

The next day the online tracking indicated it had arrived and was signed for-- but not by me. Upon contacting FedEx, an employee indicated that the package was not for me.When trying to verify that they did not mistakenly deliver it to someone else- the employee insisted it was not her fault.

After requesting to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold and then disconnected.How Rude!
