We live on a street that is brand new so the address doesn't show up in most GPS systems. When we were having something delivered, Fed Ex couldn't locate the address in their system so THEY SENT IT TO OUR OLD ADDRESS.
No one called or anything. They are the worst!!
And when we called to see how we could correct this problem (because you don't always have a choice of carrier when ordering something), we were told, "Well, we can't just update our system to ensure delivery." Seriously, YOU (a DELIVERY company, CAN'T ensure DELIVERY! WTH?
