I ordered a product from a co that uses Fed Ex to deliver their items.I will make sure I NEVER order from a company that uses Fed Ex.

We are at a business, which clearly states the hours posted on the door. The driver came 3 days in a row either on the weekends (closed) or after hours - again closed. Never left any "we missed you".

I called the company to have the package held because obviously the driver could care less and the girl on the phone was RUDE.I told her i was looking out my window at the FED EX driver leaving and NO package...she barked at me "well obviously your package isn't on that truck"...incredibyly incredibly condescending and poor attitude.

Monetary Loss: $250.
