So, I was working with Gazelle.com to get my HTC One M8 sold to them.I have declined the offer because it was lower than quoted therefore I had Gazelle send the device back to my residence.

Gazelle sent the device back viz FedEx, but the problem is that it was either lost or misdelivered to another address. I call to file a claim and complaint with supporting documents and yet they claim to not be able to honor my claim. I lost out on money and my cell phone!!! How is this okay?!

The driver falsely delivered my device to another residence and yet they are protecting him with his own lies to cover up his screw up. I am furious! I have dealt with FedEx for years and I must say this is the first time they have failed me and honestly, it only takes one mistake.

They lost a client as far as I am concerned.They need to rectify this situation.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
