Fedex - Fed Ex and delivery
Had frozen Halibut sent overnight. The delivery time was today by 3pm.The delivery was today but do you think that fed ex might actually look at the boxed marked clearly "Perishable, bufrigerate" and delivery at the beginning of the day instead of the last thing on the truck?
No the last delivery of the day is perishable and now unthawed. I have a hundred pounds ouf Halibut that is unthawed. Thanks alot Fed EX! I called several times to try get a time or ask for an earlier time but to no one caring; however I can pick it up after 5 if I miss the delivery.
There has got to be a better way because Fed Ex is not it. I will never use them again.
Overnight service is really more like sometime next day.Express service is no better.

No offense, but FedEx deliveries are based on certain routes, and the trucks aren't refrigerated (it's not even advertised that they are)... If the sender didn't put your frozen fish in dry ice to keep it frozen, it kind of sounds like it's their fault, not FedEx.
Everything you're complaining about is detailed right on their website... Sounds like the person who sent you the fish is kind of oblivious!
