As a fed ex account holder i decided to start a daily pickup at my shop. 4 calls later(about 4 wasted hours) and still no return call or daily pickup set up.

fed ex is so difficult, why? Claims are a joke unless you want to harass them on a daily basis to get your claim paid. I was told 5-7 days and it took over 2 months. Then they sent check to the shipping center and the woman at the shipping center spent my money.

this was at the candler road location in decatur,ga. now fed ex tells me i have to take it up with her. would be nice if she would answer the phone or return my call.

fed ex does not care about their customers. typical corporate mentality.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of very poor customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of fedex customer care. FedEx needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
