Fed-Ex delivers a package damaged by them to my house. Obvious that the delivery guy knows, as they are not known for moving quickly, and this guy beat feet before I could get to the door.
Many calls to Fed-Ex over the last 5 days have gotten me no where. They will only reimburse a seller for any problems, not the recipient, even if they damaged the goods in shipment. In essence, the seller gets paid twice, once for the purchase, and once for the damage, and then can decide whether he returns your funds. Unless you are the shipper, you will not get to speak with a manager, you will not get to speak with the driver, you will not find out if the box happened to open in his truck during the route, and just maybe your parts that were in the box were still in said truck when it finished it's route from that day, you will not get a review of any video from warehouse actions to see if there is a record of the box being loaded for delivery damaged.
I think I'll apply at Fed-Ex, apparently a driver can steal if he wants, and you cannot find out if you are the poor sap that receives the package. From this point forward, I will only deal with ANY shipping company other than Fed-Ex.
I cannot support their unscrupulous policies. Or their lack of customer attention.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of fedex customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $75. Fedex needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
