Fed/Ex failed to deliver package - says they have a signature of someone that doesn't exist at the warehouse - maybe a derelict - maybe driver signed it.
They said they'd deliver it - they didn't.
They said they'd call me back to let me know where it was - They didn't.
They said they'd call me back again now theat they had phone right - they didn't.
They said, upon follow up, they'd settle it as a claim - they denied it.
How could the ground company be so incapable - when the overnight company set new standards? Sad....
