I ordered a product that was sent via smartpost. I live in Atlanta, Ga & the product has been shipped all over Atlanta for the past 5 days.
The tracking service changed my estimated delivery date not once, but 3 times. Who does that? When I called Fedex customer service, to see why my ordered had not arrived on the day they said it would, the customer service rep was very nonchalant and told me to call the company I ordered from and have them put a trace on it!!! Really Fedex?
soooo, its up to the company to trace a package YOU lost?
Before ordering anything online, I will make sure they do not use FedEx!!! FedEx Sucks!!!!!
