Not resolved

So I ordered something from forever 21 october 29th, and it was supposed to be delivered november 5th. Cool.

November 5th comes. I wasn't home at the time they delivered "supposedly" and on my online tracking said that they left the package at my house. I get home, no package from forever 21, no notification of where it is. So I decide to call, and they tell me that it should be in my mailbox monday.

I get home monday and ask my mom if I got a package in the mail and she says no. I called today and asked where the *** my package was, and they say that it's not their responsibility to find that out. So I asked them if they can atleast asked whoever delivered my package to give me details as to what they did with it. I called twice and they told me the same thing, that they would call that person and call me back.

I've been nice to them each time. If I don't get a call back by tomorrow, All *** will break loose.

I didn't pay bucks just for my stuff to get lost. Good job fedex.

Monetary Loss: $30.
