Fed Ex tracking said they left my package at the front door yesteday, which is impossible since I have a gate. 1800 Go Fedex was called at around Noon today and said I would get a call.

No call. I called back at just after 4 p.m. and asked why I didn't get a call. I was told the office closed at 4 and it takes 24-48 hours to process a trace...that they are closed on Sunday and Monday.

This is a time sensitive package and I leave for out of town on Tuesday. If I don't get the package before 11 a.m. Tuesday, I am in serious trouble. This is horrible customer service.

When someone is missing their package, it should receive priority service and response...particularly when they said it was delivered! The last person I talked to gave me the corp office number because I wanted to complain. I asked if someone would answer or would it be another VRU. She said someone would answer.

Guess what? The corp office is closed and the recording gave me the number back to 800 go fedex.

Horrible. Thanks alot.
