Dell had sent a lap top out, Fed ex terminal manager told me they could not locate it, said it was probably stold. Informed me it was up to me to work with Dell.
The terminal manager lied and said he had made the report, and had not done it for at least 2 weeks. He told me if I needed one badly to go to walmart and buy a new one. Fed ex refused to do anything about this, I have put countless hours in and 4 weeks later no computer. I have asked Dell when they do send out the replacement to do it with UPS.
Fed Ex corporate office said they would call me back after looking into it over a week ago, no return call.
These people do not care, nor do they try to help you.
