So I have a package that fed has made 5 failed attempts to pick up, and today attempt 5 I stayed home waiting on them. I get a email alert saying they attempted customer not home when I been home waiting on them, there was no door tag saying we missed you. calling the customer service is a waste of time they will tell you well they will re attempt the next business day I called them every day and they all said something different, on my end the tracking wouldnt show if it was going to be picked up I would call and the would say yeah it will be today and it would still be outside when i got package is too expensive to be leaving outside everyday I can't take it to a fed ex location They have to pick it up
