Fed Ex was supposed to deliver a package by 3pm today. No package.
No communication. Looked at tracking site. They claimed the address was incorrect. Obviously it was not incorrect.
Called Fed Ex and since this is Friday, the best they can do is MONDAY! For overnight delivery! Customer service rep was sympathetic, but the 'manager' was not really very apologetic. So, Monday morning it is up to me to call to make sure they do their job.
My advice? Use any other service if you have the option, especially after seeing all the other complaints on this web site!
