I used to have an account with FedEx till we started not being able to check our detail invoices.After months of arguing with FedEx they provided me with information that proved our case of the amount of overcharges (Several Hundred Dollars).

They never returned calls even after they Promise. Even when speaking with Executive Customer Service, they all invent stories to cover up their THEFT. In their own communication to me it proved in Black and White the FRAUD they are committing.

One employee who was honest did mention to me that thousands of online accounts are affected and they are loosing lots of business due to the KNOWN deceptive practices.No wonder why they claim their business is down and their competitors are showing new records...

Monetary Loss: $300.
