In the norm I use ups or usps...but decide to go through fed ex what a mistake huge mistake...

I moved from Michigan to Texas had quite a few things sent via fed ex to my new location....packed in shipping packaging, ultra bubble wrap and shipping wrapping paper along with bubbles this cost alone was huge to make sure that my family property made it to texas in good care

....well it did not and a few things were broken I spent the extra money to have every box insured for 100.00 dollars because it was family heirlooms....

after several phone calls and more to fedex, making the process as impossible as can be so you will give up....but I did not....not only did they take the broken heirlooms from me they never returned to me as promised and never paid me......

I have pictures and the documents....I wish there was something I could do....these items can not be replaced....nor will my family and friends ever use fed ex again.....What can I do?

Monetary Loss: $100.

You have to really bark up their tree by calling their corporate number 1-800-486-8237. They are "programmed" to say "no" but with some persistence (and anger in my case) they gave me a FULL refund.

Knowledge is power. :(
