Not resolved

I ordered a phone and payed the extra fee for next day shipping. Well it's been three days and still no sign of my phone..

Tried tracking it and it wouldn't tell me when it would arrive or the last place it was at. The 1800 number wouldn't connect either.This isn't the first time that Fed Ex has let me down either.Anytime that i have gone through them i always end up disappointed with how much later my package arrives.. Fed Ex?

I would straighten your *** up, otherwise you're going to lose a lot of business.
