after trying to submit a complaint to corporate, i finally received my box, however, I did not appreciate the delivery guy throwing a 15lb. box in my face.

I had a legitimate complaint. Fed Ex on-line saying they attempted delivery,saying they issued me a door tag number, received a b*llsh*t excuse of them having a "mail emergency." If it was such an emergency, how did they have the time to? put all of their lies on-line, including the notice number?

I'm thinking they are trying to avoid paying overtime, but this can't be done so close to Christmas. Sorry so long winded, had to type in 100 words, what's up with that?
