New driver tried to deliver a 2 day delivery pkg. Couldn't find our house so, instead of finding our phone number and calling or - asking the business one address number off ours - she just didn't deliver.

No home delivery until Tuesday since she couldn't figure out her job duty on Saturday. No way to pick up pkg at Fedex building AND same delivery person for Tuesday. I will never use Fedex again. I also called the business who used them for this non-delivery and told them to rethink they're contract with Fedex.

They were so unpleasant on the phone (along with being from a country who's accent was difficult to understand) I hung up on the guy. Everything was No Ma'am - we can't redeliver and No Ma'am - you can't pick it up.

And, your next delivery is Tuesday even though it was paid for as a 2 day delivery and now it's 5 days. Not right for a shipping company as big as Fedex.
