Paid $122 for 2 day delivery of perishable item (breast milk) for our newborn infant.3 days later, they blame the weather.

And to think there's a system in place, to inform the public about upcoming weather, yet zero contingency plans? 4 days later they blame the clock (driver won't deliver past 9pm?). *** that and your bulls*t excuses...hold my *** package, i'll pick it up my *** self...and i will NEVER use their services AND i will advise everyone i know, to stop using fedex cause we're FEDUP with their consistent screwups and coverups!

Fool me once, shame on me.Fool me twice, *** you!

DHL or private carrier from here on in!!!!
