I was waiting all day for Fedex to come out. We live in a secure building, in order to get access for delivery pick up the outside phone to get in.
I go out to the lobby and I see a fedex tag outside message board. It reads: customer unavailable and business closed. I call 800, get a *** rep, explain that driver didnt pick up the phone for access. She says we cant come back today.
I said do you think when he comes back tomorrow, he will figure out that's he has to use the telephone for access. I need the package before Christmas. Later in the day, I see Fedex driver outside the building, he doesn't have the package, he look up the info, and it was a contract driver that was here earlier.
the 2d driver called his supv at the station, he look up the delivery tag number, and gave me the Supv telephone number of the 1st *** driver. I did find out that 1st driver works for a contract company that contract out for Fedex.
FEDEX why don't have your drivers that work directly for you, do the work.
