i totally condemn their service. i have a case i have been following up since early April 11'!! my 1st encounter was they run out of stock on boxes to supply me with. after the delivery was finally arranged, they insist that i pay via credit card. thereafter, they sent me an invoice to ask for a payment of $955. i was appalled when i got my CC statement and found that they already (over)charged my CC of $1178. i called to clarify & no one in fedex are willing to take ownership of this case and not even apologetic abt anything. i got transferred dept after dept & eventually to finance dept, but they did not return calls as promised. i have even received a reminder letter to demand for payment AGAIN.

eventually, i got to their CSR who showed equal incompetency as their finance. another week have past since, i have not received the receipt they have promised to issue me with.

my advice, NEVER use fedex!! to them, it's all business & NEVER customer service.
