This is specific to the location at 4. Pacific coast hwy. Redondo beach, Ca. 90277

The average time that it takes me to send a single small package when there is no more than one other person in-line is 25 minutes and I'm often there for more than half an hour. The sales attendants always seem to move around as though every customer is their last priority or as though it's first day everyday. There seems to constantly be an issue entering the info into the computer and regularly making me shift to another register half the way through the transaction. I know this is not the norm because I'm usually in and out in 5 minutes or less at other locations. I have a account and ship packages regularly and I'm

almost always pressed for time. Unfortunately this location is the most conveniently located being closest to my office. I'm tired of the frustration it brings me every time. I also now see an notice of overcharge conviction in their window and I cannot say that I'm surprised. I would like to see it run efficiently and ethically like other (busier) locations.
