FEDEX must have the dumbest policy while hiring imbeciles to deal with customers (including their telephone support team....located in Central America!)

This is really simply. FedEx will not allow a person to purchase (i.e, with cash, credit card, check etc.) return shipping.

You know, when you include a self addressed stamped envelope but instead of doing this with the post office you do it with FedEx.....BUT FEDEX won't take your money! They literally turned us away. Said the only way to do it was by having it billed to an account. So, I looked it up.

FEDEX accounts receivable average collection time is 42 days and they only collect just 75% of the money they are owed from these accounts! So, I say to them, a bird in the hand, cash up front, and you don't want it? They say no. How many businesses do you know TURN AWAY payment today and instead prefer taking a risk that maybe someday in the future they will be paid?

And for this CEO Fred Smith gets paid millions of dollars a year?

Speaking to Tanya in the Office of the President was literally like speaking to a person with special needs. But I guess you can't have customer support people smarter than a CEO who won't let customers pay up front.
