I ordered a laptop from Colorado. To receive it faster I paid an extra $19.90 I would have it by Wednesday.
I came home late that night to find out that the delivery attempt was at 10:30 AM.
So I called the CS, they told me that that was the 2nd Delivery, which is B.S. because while tracking the package, I found that it was in Boston the day before. When I called to see if they could
deliver it a day early, the answer was "We still have to do sorting, so you won't get it until Wednesday". Fed Ex told me if I wanted the delivery to be as a specific time ( like after work) I would have to go on line and pay a little extra.
I JUST PAID EXTRA TO HAVE IT BY WEDNESDAY. CS did work with me to go and pick it up across town.
I couldn't have delivered to FEDEX next to where I work because it's not a "Delivery Station) So I'll be taking ad-min time to go and pick up my laptop. I'm glad I paid that $19.90 delivery fee.
