FedEx were entrusted with the task of delivering a package to me by the 1st of May. Here is a breakdown of their constant failure to perform this task.

Now, I don't know if I'm just being a bit of a brat about this, but I assumed that a company which advertises the sole purpose of delivering parcels would actually, erm, deliver my parcel. I don't understand, is teaching employees how to fulfil this duty not included in the training? Every time I order with them it's like I have to book the following month off so I can guide these senseless lambs and essentially talk them through the stages of their jobs. It's not like they even leave 'attempted delivery' slips. I can't even get in contact with them. It's now the 20th May and I am loving house in a week. I'm starting to think that I probably shouldn't have expected them to carry out such a complex task and instead should have gone for a more reliable and realistic method of delivery. Perhaps I would have received better results if I took a bunch of hallucinogenics and asked Hedwig to pick up my parcel next time he's around London. I guess I just should have known better.

I agree with you on them being professional morons.Called a FedEx Shipping Center earlier today to ask a few questions ( very politely, mind you ) and the *** that answered the phone hung up on my mid-sentence!

Great customer service.

Hedwig and hallucinogens are a much better option.Hahaha.
