I recently had a so called delivery..conformation email when I got home the package wasn't there...I order online often and have never had problems..with deliveries they usually come UPS or United States postal service...they left it at the wrong house obviously ....now they say its a dispute and asked me my address like 4 times and what my house looked like...ive had 3 different phone calls from FedEx and they say there investigating the alleged complaint and ....the driver has 48 hrs to get back with me about what happened! The run around has started.
UPS. Is the only way to go given the option
