Instead of picking up my priority overnight package yesterday evening, the FedEx driver went to the wrong house and picked up a package that he delivered earlier that day and loged it as my pick up. Later that evening when I discovered that the package was still there, I called Fedex and they told me that they already picked up my package even though I was holding it in my hands. They stated that they had to check with dispatch in the morning to verify that I indeed had my package.

They also don't have anyone working after 9pm. They told me I could drive 45 min to the nearest dispatch center and drop it off, (this was at 8:45 at night)

The next day they called to verify their mistake and would do nothing to remedy the situation. Just said they were sorry. Turns out they also discontinued their consumer remediation program in April. I guess they had to pay our for too many mistakes.

Use another company. Customer service was more and more unhelpful the higher up the food chain I went.

Monetary Loss: $1000.
