I sent a Guitar to a customer in CA. I packed it very well.Still Fedex managed to break it.
I sent in a claim. They made a partial payment to me saying that I did not declare a value. When I sent them proof about value declaration, they denied my claim completely saying that I did not pack well.
When I deposited the check, they did not honor it.
I have been trying to contact them but it is getting very difficult to talk to somebody. The person who rejected my claim gave me her boss's name but I don't know how to locate her
