I paid $50 for priority overnight shipping for a car part that i need to be able to drive my car again. It shipped on Monday afternoon and Tuesday night no package.

FedEx is blaming the delay on weather in Memphis TN delaying flight however thier tracking information shows it was at thier sort facility which is 10 to 15 miles from my home at 12:32 pm. So they have my package locally just after noon and can not/will not deliver it for a PRIORITY OVERNIGHT SHIPMENT? Is it just lazyness, ignorance or both?

Being refused a refund for a service i paid for but did not recieve due to the lazyness of FedEx. Absolutly disgusted with this company and how they justify ripping off customers with flimsy excuses.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of car part shipping. FedEx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
