I shipped a package by FED EX Express on Monday

December 22,08. Pkg was supposed to arrive in 2 days. When trying to get number to the HUB that has your package Sarah (CEO ASST) refused. When I asked why package did not arrive I was told FedEx did not deliver on the 23 because of the weather.

12/26: Today's Reason: The streets are not plowed.

They are. My brother drove from Puyallup to Seattle today and had no problems. Plus my package went from Seattle to Tacoma past Puyallup. This does not make sense. If they can't drive because of the roads then how did my package move location.

1:02 pm my package arrived back in Memphis TN.

When I called and questioned why it went back to Memphis I was told to ignore that.

FedEx has no sympathy. They are a bunch of non caring people. DON"T WASTE YOUR BREATH ON SARAH SPLAWN.

I suggest if you want your pkg to arrive DO NOT USE FEDEX.

Also look at the BBB of Memphis TN (headquarters).

FED EX has a bad record.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Customer service gives you the "we'll send a message to the driver" *** and after waiting 2 hours I have to call back to hear "well he never called us back so I don't know what to tell you". What is that? How about a message of "your fired"?
