I am foreigner, and it seems their treating me differently.

I claimed three month ago, and I made at least 5calls to check it, and Fedex never followed up. First they says "we declined your claim" then now they says it's going to management level now...??? what is that mean ???

I want simple answer, if it is declined what is the reason??

Agent attitude is also also very very bad, she raise her voice up, and not trying to explain, but keep saying samething over and over..

I really do not want to use Fedex unless it's only one option. I rather use USPS.

Had an Experience with FedEx?
