FedEx doesn't even care about customer or there needs post there business is done

After shipping consignment from India FedEx is suppose to deliver it safe to the destination on time as described with out loss or damage to the products in the consignment that's why we're paying them unfortunately they cannot keep the service upto the mark disappointing messed up with the package & things where stolen before it reach the destination and no compensation has been paid till date as its couple of months before incident has happened FedEx is no where bothered to respond to the customer on time

No clue what FedEx is upto didn't get the claim even after submitting each and every single thing as said pictures of the consignment breakage, missing items pictures, worth of the products missing from the consignment along with the copy of invoices but I feel FedEx is not much concerned about the customer as they have done the business & not even bothered to do the rest when it comes to a missing of things, claims...

Feeling so disappointed, disgusting with the FedEx services as I keep calling them to find out about my claims but no proper information to resolve the issue yet
