While out of the country a signed package was delivered to me. Despite initial promises of holding the package until I return, I have now been notified that the location does not have the "space" to hold at 4inch by 4 inch package for another week - two days is the maximum.

They will not redirect the package or allow someone to pick it up. This was the help from "customer advocate" named Andy.

So much for the following quote from their value statement (FedEx.com) Service: Our absolutely, positively spirit puts our customers at the heart of everything we do.
