Changing from FedEx due to their suppOrr if NRA

I’ve used FedEx exclusively at my office for 10 years; I am the Office Manager. I will open an account with UPS and use the US postal service until they stop giving special treatment to the NRA.

Fedex - Bad shipping policy

FedEX can deliver a package in an original plastic packaging from a company yet on returned same item in same original unopened packaging they refused to accept it because its company’s policy that package has to be in a box. Then they will sell you their box for $24.00 take it or leave it. Impolite and rude customer service at woodbridge VA location would never use their services.
