This FedEx international shipping company is really worst costumer service in India. People are untrained & they don't know how to speak with people.
Even though if I send KYC again and again they asking to submit KYC by mail, this customer care people don't they have number of clearing house number, the clearing house is outsourced to third vendor they again and again send the same forwarded mail to us. Even i raise complaint to FedEx customer care they won't assure us to resolve the same, this dumb customer care people don't know weather we submitted the KYC or as its totally outsourced to third party.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Fedex. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Fedex to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
