I had to overnight several packages to out-of-state clients. The FedEx last dropoff was at 8PM.
My 29 year old son arrived at 7:30PM. The two employees had NO OTHER CUSTOMERS and were perturbed that they had to wait on my son. Of the two FedEx employees, one continued to play on the internet while the other kept trying to look at the internet. The employee did not want to give him any register receipts; the employee x'ed off the direct signature box when I had already chosed indirect.
She also double charged for one of six packages. A call to the manager twice and to Fed Ex once got me nowhere.
And, one of six packages were delivered timely. Oh boy...
