Package was damage while shipment. When I first reported to claims department I was assured that it would be taken care of .4 months later FedEx refused to pay for the package even though it had insurance on it. I complained to the Better Business Bureau of TN, they did nothing to hold the company accountable. BBB response was the company took steps to resolve the case .FedEx did not offer to repair, replace or pay for the damage. What is the purposed of paying for insurance from this company? Be aware when you think your paying for add protection, Very pissed consumer!!!!
