Why Apple and AT&T use FedEX is beyond me. Terrible service.
First time they couldn't deliver to an apartment because they didn't ring the bell. Second time we decided to have the package (iPhone) sent to the local FedEx/Kinkos. I followed the tracking schedule which is great--but when I went to pick up the package, they couldn't find it. He said come back the next day which I did.
Couldn't find it. I asked him to track it. He told me to call the 800 number. I told him to--he is FedEx.
He wouldn't help.
So I wound up telling them to send the package back to the sender (AT&T). This store has terrible service and I have seen many others complain.
