I work for Boost Mobile/Virgin Mobile and had sent a phone in for repair with Apple. First FedEx sent it back saying it was an "Incorrect address". Then Apple sent it out again, This time FedEx gave it to the wrong person at the wrong address! I had called both FedEx and Apple to make sure my address was verified. I must of hammered that nail down numerous times.

I watched the tracking as they delivered it, I had called them literally 5 minutes after they'd given to some random person.

They've said they were "Unable to get communication from the driver.". I've called repeatedly and they said "We don't know anything about this, The manager will be in between X time and Y time." There is zero accountability in this company. They have no sense of professionalism. So I'm sitting on pins and needles..

I've never had a single problem with USPS. This is a nightmare!

Monetary Loss: $595.
