I used Fedex services for delivery of my goods.
I send a Painting to my brother living in USA through Fedex which was received by him in bad and rough condition. I have given them a plastic tube to deliver it which they ignores and promised me that they take due care of my product which they didn't and they also promised me to pack my product in a tube, which was not delivered to my client which has caused me psychological damage and financial loss.
So need an explanation from Fedex.
