FedEx dais they delivered a package to my address on March 4, 2013 , no signature

The Shipper sent me an email and tracking number

The value is only $204, but Fed ex made it my problem because it has been over 60 days since delivery.

I am busy and dont follow every home delivery I expect

FedEx has always mis-delivered any order which does not require a signature because I live down a driveway behind another house they mistake for mine

1. Always insist on a signature and picture of the house they deliver to.

2. Use UPS or USPS they never screw up because they know how to read house numbers on mail boxes

Now I must request the shipper( who I bought from)to file a claim.

BTW Amex was great they are opening up an investigation and contacting FedEx as well as the Vendor

I was so disappointed that FedEx blamed me for not promptly reporting the missed delivery

Not my job man
