So the driver changes my delivery status and date because "we were closed" at 5:41pm even though our electronic/programmed doors won't lock until 6:00pm...called FedEx 20 minutes later and they have no way to communicate with their drivers...Really??? In 2012 they have no way to communicate.
To contact a driver who lies and does not fulfill their agreement...no refund of charges, nothing, SOL Maybe that is part of the reason their revenue is down 12% Did I hear somewhere 11,000 layoffs coming??? I'll do all my business and personal shipping by UPS!!!
