I hardly ever take the time to write complaints, and FedEx has somehow managed to anger me enough to share my horrible experiences. On numerous occasions, the tracking notification will say "delivered and left at front door".

When I get the notice and go to the front door, the package is not there. Both myself and my neighbors have had a hard time ever getting packages successfully delivered by FedEx. With UPS, never a problem. Also, I'm home but they never bother to knock on the door so they can obtain a signature and deliver the package.

One time, I left the signed delivery notice taped to my front door and they just left another delivery attempt slip. I then resorted to putting up a huge sign that said "FEDEX SEE FRONT DOOR" on my gate. Still no luck. I have now resorted to getting packages delivered UPS or even USPS.

When FedEx is my last option, I just pick it up from their office.

What a waste of time due to lazy and incompetent workers. Thank you, UPS, for making me not lose complete faith and being a trustworthy, dependable business.
